Terms of Service
By using Clann, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and clear.
What Clann is
Clann is a tool to help families coordinate health information, habits, and care tasks. It's designed to support — not replace — professional medical care. Clann doesn't diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide medical advice.
Your responsibilities
When using Clann, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about yourself and family members who consent to being included
- Respect the privacy of family members whose information you coordinate
- Use Clann for lawful, personal family health coordination
- Consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions
Current status
Clann is currently in closed-alpha trials. Features may change, and the service may have interruptions as we develop and improve it. By joining the waitlist or participating in trials, you understand this is early-stage software.
Limitations
Clann is provided "as is" without warranties. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that it will meet every family's needs. We're not liable for decisions made based on information in Clann.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms as Clann evolves. We'll notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
